CPSIA–Finally! We have a reprieve!

The stay of enforcement provides some temporary, limited relief to the crafters, children’s garment manufacturers and toy makers who had been subject to the testing and certification required under the CPSIA.

CPSIA and Resellers!

Fresh off the CPSIA website…resellers don’t have to test for lead…BUT, if you do sell something with lead, you could face civil and/or criminal penalties!  Go Figure…here’s the entire article:
